Drug, Attorneys, Involuntary Commitment

I'm in a rush to get ready for work but upon cursory review of your e-mail a

couple of times I didn't quickly see what you're talking about the help with

the attorneys.

The situation in Huntsville Madison County Alabama is very, very bad.

Madison County Probate Judge Tommy Ragland, H.S.G.E.D., initiated a foiled

attempt to have me involuntary committed 6 days after I filed pro se

(couldn't find local aty. to help me) for letters of administration of my

Mother, Alma Virginia , estate. He was trying to give Court

Administrator Rankin Sneed $5,000-$50,000 of our inheritance to which he was

not legally entitled, had threatened to have me arrested if I went back to

my ancestral home and thrown out into the streets and I'd asked for

impossible legal eviction. They could never get a just to evict a legally

entitled legatee by an grand theft attempting, illegal, and unethical Court

Administrator. Judge Ragland knew I would never want to be poisoned by

psychiatric drugs by the same Psychiatrists that medicated my Mother into

suicide. It was an act of judicial and biological terrorist attack against

me for political and financial purposes. With the letters of adminsitration

I could have title to Mother's house without a mortgage and uncensored

access to the bank accounts to know what they have done with Mother's money

since the will was probated. Judge Ragland didn't want me moving back into

Huntsville in competition with his wife's Chiropractic Care Center. His

financial disclosure with the Alabama Ethics Commission disclosed that he is

her employee earning an undisclosed amount of money over $10,000. She was

once married to Dr. Phil Chaffian, D.C. who lost his license because of

insurance fraud. She was arrested for two counts of first degree felony

identity theft and is under investigaion by the FBI for over $200,000 of

insurance fraud since about a year ago. When Judge Ragland attempted to

commitment that I escaped by knowing I have a constitutional right against

seizure and didn't waive my right giving Mental Health OFficer Tammy Leeth

and the two armed Huntsville Police permissiion to enter the house and take

me to Huntsville Hospital where Dr. Vasavada, teh same Psychiatrist that

gave my Mother the carcinogen refusing to tell me what drugs he was giving

her, would have had a chance to " evalute " me to recommend that Judge

Ragland send me to N. Alabama Regional psychiatric institution for

irreversible mind and behavior altering medication, electro-convulsive

shock, pre-frontal lobotomy and seizure of my non-probated assets through

the appointment of a guardian ad litem. I was railroaded out of Huntsville

ot avoid this. This is how they got me out of my Mother's house when they

couldn't threaten and intimidate me out of my rights of inheritance,

property, administration and constitutional and civil rights. At that time

he knew I intended to run against him for Probate Judge in 2006. Everyone in

that town knows what happened. The politically powerfull all have to depende

on violating their oaths of office to protect the next corrupt politician. I

have been EVERYWHERE trying to get some help-and I do mean EVERYWHERE. I

know the laws that have been violated and I have the evidence.

I've done everything pro se that should have been done to get that estate

settled. Mother will have been dead 33 months in 3 days and the house sits

with all the family heirlooms catching dust without insurance just to keep

me from having it. When I could get no media coverage I paid the $200 to run

for Mayor so they would have to put me on the forums so other victims could

contact me.

Madison County has the highest per capita involuntary commitments of any

county in Alabama. The Commisssioner, Governor, on down know about this.

There is a lot of money to be made warehousing Americans in Alabama 's

psychiatric institutions. A victim has see cash money beging handed to a

Mental Health Officer by an employee of an institution upon delivery of a

committed American. Judge Ragland is known to have visited two females in

the two institutions and been in close physical contact with them. I would

like to walk away from this situation because it seems like too big a burden

or obstacle to overcome but I cannot turn my back on the Americans that I

know are locked up in those institutions for mercenary purposes that are not

at threat to themselves or others and have not committed a crime for which a

warrant could be sworn to under oath for their arrest. The same Mental

Health Center that wouldn't give me Mother's medication changes by fax so I

wouldn't be on the lookout for side effects to report the effectiveness of

the treatment when her memory was so destroyed she couldn't remember to tell

me herself and I was trying to ensure medication compliance and she was

going to them every month commiting suicide in front of them deciding not to

take her cancer medicine to commit suicide by cancer instead of jumping off

the Tennessee River Bridge are waiting for Americans after their assets have

been depleted in the institutions and then eligible for SSI to be their

payors. The Mental Health Officer's " Crisis Assessment " done 2 days after

Judge Ragland initiated commitment against me is primea facia evidence that

my civil rights were violated. I've done the research onthe statues on the

internet about the commitment laws and Mental Health OFficer laws. They

don't care about the well-being of their patients. They have absolutely no

shame about the grave robberty that Judge Ragland allows with his signature

so that he will be supported by the legal community for the next two

elections so he will be eligible for retirement. They are accustomed to

robbing the Alabamians that weren't given a decent education in Alabama that

has scored as one of the worst states for over 50 years while they lie to

them and rob them unawares. When I knew how to read the law and figure out

the scheme to violated my Mother's right to have her estate administered in

compliance with Title 43 Wills and Estates laws the attempted commitment and

medication was intended to silence me and prevent me from being able to tell

anyone else about their organized crime.

The statue of limitations if fast approaching. If anyone reading this can

forward this e-mail to an attorney that will help me this is not just giving

the honor and respect that my beloved Mother deserves to have her rights

obeyed, it will set a presidence to send a message to the robbing attorneys

and judges throughout Alabama and America that there will be reprocussions

for using involuntary commitment to violate an Americans civil and

constitutoinal rights in other court cases. Alabama Dept. of Mental Health

Commission Kathy Sawyer was sued in her individual capacity and was denied

her Motion to Dismiss until after discovery by the Alabama Supreme Court and

therefore wasn't entitled to legal counsel at the taxpayers expense with

soverign immunity. It was only dismissed in ExParte Sawyer 9/5/03 because

there were not constitutional rights violating and some other consideration.

There are USCodes that prohibit the violation of constitutional rights. IF I

could get some help from an attorney(s) on a contingency basis and sue them

in their individual capacity in addition to their official capacity so that

THEIR OWN PRIVATE ASSETS WERE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

VIOLATIONS

this is where the relief can be established to protect others who don't even

know where to find the laws that are being violated let alone how to read

them and understand them with there minds pickled in mindaltering drugs.

Bush's draconian initiative to have everyone evlauated for mental health can

definitely be used to silence political opponents to his

regime/war/genocide/oath violations.

Involuntary commitment has already been used for financial and political

purposes without the " New Feedom in Mental Health " . Just like Nazi Europe

where the SS officers would take the people out of their confiscated homes

and put them in medical facilities for experimentation, the commitment laws

are the means by which Americans who have not committe a crime can have

their liberty denied circumventing their U.S. Constitutoinal right against

having their liberty denied without a warrant under oath for their arrest.

This is more than I have time to write about this morning.

After Mother died I prayed about what to do to bring public attention to

what the Mental Health Center did to her mind and body before she put those

3 plastic bags over her head and pany hose around her neck to finally get

relieve from the way those drugs made her feel and I didn't know how to get

her off them without the horridenous withdrawal symptoms that they

psychiatrists would blame on her as the " progress of the disease " that

needed hospitalization and more medication. That was when I decided to keep

Mother's house and move back to Huntsville to take it to the court of public

opinion. When it looked like I was all alone and everyone against me I knew

I always had God who would continue to reveal to me what I needed to see

when I needed to see it so that I could know how our country is being

destroyed from within by the corrupt judicial system. I have been tested by

the verbal and written threats, law enforcement officers called against me

so many times I'm loosing count now and financial sanctions to punish me in

the courts for knowing what they are doing and them knowing that with my

political activism experience in Ga. for 12 years befoer Mother died almost

3 years ago that I can and will be public about the corruption. I have had

to soul search to decide if I have the same courage as our American service

men and women who have and are paying the supreme sacrifice to protect our

country as the method of Alabama justice of people disappearing, being

murdered, or injuired is well known. One many running for congress in

Montgomery just had his house burned and was injured jumping to his safety

from the 2nd floor after two incinary devices have been thrown onto his

hours twice while he's been running for office. This is how bad it is in

Alabama for a grieving heiress who won't agree to be robbed by the thieving

attorneys and knows how to read the laws and know they are intentionally

violating them to stead our inheritance. I am sure my Mother's estate is not

the only such violated estate and this is why there is such resistance to

any attorney there helping me and attempting to discredit my truthful

statements with the sigma and character assasination that I am mentally ill

and therefore shouldn't be believed. My County Commissioner Mo is an

attorney and knows all about it. He's running for Lt. Gov. I've been to the

Alabama State Capitol to get help from Gov.Riley and his director of

constitution services, Lucas, had the Capitol Police remove me rather

then give me the contact information for the Board members of the Ala. Dept.

of Mental Illness.

I could go on until Christmas but all this will be in Medicare Ma Ma's

Probate Purgatory if I'm allowed to live long enough and am not deprived of

my memory and normal cognitive function to write it. If anyone could help me

get a website going to put the evidence on the internet so that Madison

County residents can be forwarned of the truth of the fate that awaits their

estates and their children who do not agree to give up their inheritance I

would really appreciate it. A common thief on the streets at least has the

decency to admit that he is a thief. He will put a gun into your ribs and

say " Your money or your life "

However, the attorneys of Madison County threaten you with the guns of

publicly funded law enforcement officers to intimidate you out of much

larger sums of money than a street criminal could ever steal from you while

they purport to be of higher integrity as attorneys than the general

population and that they are enforcing the law as officers of the judicial

branch of governemnt while they are actually using it as a cloak to violate

the law knowing that the judges they make campaign contributions to keep

elected until retirement are willing and able to sign the legal documents

pretending to be justice in a court of law that will entitle them to violate

the law without reprodussions. The elected District Attorney can also be

counted on violate his Oath of Office refusing to investigate allegations

with a grand jury. He has the jail packed and is prosecuting a child for

murder as an adult but he won't even start an investigation for allegations

of embezellment of an estate because it's " conflict of interest " to

investigate a friend-therefore, any friend of District Attorney Tim ,

is exempt from obeying the law.

Yes, my fellow Americans. This is the truth of the " justice system " in the

land fo the free and the home of the brave.

I'ts not the U.S.Constitution these officers of the court are protecting and

defending as they swore to to in their oaths as officers of the court and

elected officials. It's the Communist Manifesto planks of the elimination of

the rights of inheritance and property and confiscation of property of

rebels (yours truly).

What everyon needs to realize that is reading this, especially with Bush's

compulsory mental health screening for ALL AMERICANS is that what you have

read above isn't just Dr. Lance's problem. It's YOUR problem. If I

could have been now still in a psychiatric institution not being allowed to

communicate with the outside world and unable to send you this e-mail to

silence my political whistleblowing and all my assets conficated with a

guardian, this can happen to YOU if you are evaluted by the Thought Police

and determined to need " Mental Health " services which we all know that they

only " Mental Health " care that is offered is psychiatric drugs. What you

have read here is only the tip of the iceberg of what I have personally

experienced in the last 33 months after 3 years of watching them slowing

kill my Mother. The Alma Virginia estate and a lawsuit for

conspiracy to violate civil and constitutional rights with involuntary

psychiatric commitment could serve as a presidence to protect others who

will assuredly have " mental illness " used as an excuse to violate their

right to liberty to suppress political opposition to the ever tightening

regime to remove our rights as Americans and subjugate us to the New World

IT all seems like a bad dream and I wish I could just wake up and it would

all go away.

Or maybe I'd feel better from the pain of seeing the truth of what is

happening to my country if only I could get a little Depakote, Valium,

Paxil, Effexor, Lithium, or several other drugs that they experimented on

with my Mother before her suicide rather than honor her request to be helped

getting off of them so I wouldn't be aware of and wouldn't have the mental

or physical capacity to resist the obliteration of my rights as an American

that were bequeathed to me the moment my Mother gave birth to me.

This isn't just about the drugs that are killing people slowly and causing

people to kill people and causing people to kill themselves.

Both Bush & Kerry are members of Skull & Bones,

None of the minority party candidates were allowed into the debates.

If there is ONE attorney that anyone knows that will help me defend our U.S.

Constitution against politically motivated involuntary psychiatric

commitment being used to deny an American's liberty and freedom who has not

committed a crime for which a warrant could be sworn for their arrest and

will help me prevent civil rights violations in the nvoluntary psychiatric

commitment attempt to effectively be used to violate rights of inheritance

as an estate successor, please help me find him/her. The U.S. Constitution

says (paraphrased)

What happens in one court of any state influences the courts of all the

states. If this estate is allowed to be closed successfully preventing me

from knowing what they did with Mother' money by concealing the evidence of

the investments and preventing me from having my ancestral home out of which

I was terrorized to escape loosing my mind and body to poisonous psychiatric

medication, electro-convulsive shock,etc. it sets the presidence for it to

be used against YOUR estate and loved ones when you are no longer here to

protect your rights for your self as is currently the case for Alma Virginia

. Mother spent her life as a civil servant for the U.S. Army

protecting America from missles from Russia during the Cold War. Doesn't she

at least deseve to have her Last Will and Testament administered in

compliance with the U.S. Constitution and not planks of the Communist

Manifesto. Our creator endowed us with our inalieable rights that give us

soverignty over the government and not the government over us.

I am faithful that I will be lead to an attorney when that creator of this

country has tested me long enough to see how much I am willing to sacrifice

to protect my country and be willing to do what I have been instructed to do

by him as I have tried to defend my Mother's rights as a decedent. But if he

would decide that it's time for an attorney to be found to help that knows

the court rules, can file better court documents than myself and how to

conduct himself in a court of law so that other attorneys will be deterred

from their conspiracy to violate rights while they present the facade of

protcting your rights, I sure would be very, very grateful.
