Drug, SSRI Medicare Ma Ma's Probate Purgatory, The Judges of Madison County

Thank you for your encouraging words.

On the one week anniversary of Mother's suicide after the viewing, funeral

and burial after months of worrying about her health and terminal illness, I

was able to muster up the strength to make a few phone calls to some

malpractice attorneys. Essentially, the cost is prohibitive especially with

the expert witnesses costs IF you can find an M.D. willing to testify

against their fellow M.D.

I was crying in deep dispair with the tears of mourning in the greatest

disabling pain flowing down my cheeks as I was playing the piano I'd learned

to play as a child.

At that moment I decided that the piano would sound the same if it wasn't in

Mother's house. I wanted to keep th house and expose the Madison County

Mental Health Center for what they'd done to my Mother. If I couldn't take

it to the courts I'd take it to the court of public opinion.

Alma Virginia was a genius member of MENSA, a retired U.S. Army

Civil servant and award winning painter, photographer and poet. Before her

suicide she'd insist that I go with her to writer's conferences. Like a

belligerent teenager I'd begrudgingly go just to please her and listen to

the speakers. I wanted to write that story in the same creative place where

she'd expresed her creatively before it was medicated out of her along with

her quality of life long before she finally found relief from what those

psychiatrists and their drugs with three plastic bags over her head and

panty hose around her neck.

At that time I had no idea that the probate judge that had something to do

with her will also had the power of involuntary psychiatric commitment.

Never could I have imagined that I would be terrorized out of my ancestral

home that should have been in my name over 2 years ago without a morgage and

railroaded out of Huntsville, Alabama because I knew how to read the law and

figured out their grand theft attempting illegal Court Administrator's plot

to steal about $5,000-$50,000 of our money, sell the house to prevent me

from using it in competition with Judge Ragland's family chiropractic clinic

and to prevent me from having evidence of what they did with Mother's money.

The convuluted manner in which the laws are bastardized to give the

appearance of obeying them while signing legal documents that enable

organized crime by the attorneys that are allegedly protecting the

decedent's property rights is nothing but white collar grave robbing crime.

When Judge Ragland's wife got arrested for two counts of first degree

identify theft and was under investigation for over $200,000 of insurance

fraud by the FBI with a Federal Magistrate judge signing a warrant to seize

her clinic computer nad records, I figured it was safe to enter Madison

County again if I used a different rental car each time.

When I could get no media coverage I qualified to run for Mayor so they'd

have not choice but to put me on TV.

Every chance I could I'd keep saying; Huntsville POlice CHief Compton Owens

is failing to train his dedicated police offcers not to violate Americans

rights. I wanted other people whose rights had been violated to contact me.

More than one did.

6 weeks after Mayor LOWretta Spencer got reelected, Chief Owens " retired'.

Today I got an encouraging phone call from a woman I ran into at a political

breakfast.

When we met she said she already knew me.

Tonight she said that there are hundreds who were already telling her about

me from the non-televised forums.

When she heard me say " they're using your tax dollars to violate your

rights " she was excited that someone was coming that wasn't afraid to tell

it like it is. (I'm afraid but I do it anyway.)

I was about to say if no one cared if their civil and constitutionl rights

were being violated, l

let them have their oath violating officials and I'd get back to my good

life in Atlanta.

She says there is so much unjustice when the old money in that little town

is rewound back to the 60's before the Voting Rights was passed that it's

like a dry haystack about to have a match thrown onto it.

She has a video camera. She says we need hard evidence.

We aren't sure when she is going to get a few volunteers to come with me to

the Probate Court to start investigating those public records that don't

have to have a subpoena or warrant for seizure.

I thought it would make a good story just with Mother's suicide. When the

Judge tried to put me away, that was enough of a plot to be surreal. The

Judge's employer wife getting arrested and under investigation by the

FBI-the plot of a miniseries.

Now my running for Mayor does seem to have had the effect I was hoping for

but those listening are too afraid to even call me. I may end up

disappearing someday to keep me quiet and if I do there will be these

entries that can't get lost.

It's been a real healing for me to have the folks of SSRI crusaders to learn

from and write to.

When Mother's breast cancer as diagnosed 8 months after Dr. Vasavada

prescribed the carcinogen psychotrophic drug, she was touring bookstores

around Alabama promoting the book: " Alabama Women SPeak " where she'd gotten

her first poems published. When she freaked out with the cancer diagnosis

and I had to put her in the hospital when I now realise it was withdrawal

symptoms, the psychiatrist didn't believe she was really working on poems to

get them published insulting her and not believing anything she said. He was

still heavily medicating her with the carcinogenic Seroquel while not

bothering to review the thousands of dollars of cancer tests billed to

Medicare/BC/BS . Those heavy medications & the chemotherapy was the end of

her creativity. I did save her from the electroconvulsive shock therapy and

Dr. Noga, but her creativity was gone forever

Mother's goal was to be on Oprah with her book of poems.

My goal is to get Mother on Oprah's book list so that her story can save

other families from the

tragic documentary epic of " Medicare Ma Ma's Probate Purgatory, The Judges

of Madison County " .

SSRI Crusaders and especially have helped me more than any drug

ever could to start to have a healing from the emotional collateral damage

that the SSRI's cause their victims loved ones. If I'd know about this

and other recources that I've now been made aware of, Mother very likely

could be alive with me today and we'd be planning Thanksgiving and

Christmas. Instead the family reunion with her family stopped for the first

time in my life because most of the other family members deal with the

suicide by wanting to pretend it didn't happen or want to prevent other

family members from knowing why she died so unexpectedly.

Now that I realize MKUltra originated the research for these genocidal

agents, it's going to take me a couple of weeks to deal with with that

painful truth.

The America that they want us to believe we have is a facade for the benefit

of placating the walking slaves

while the truth of what is happening in our country is a macrocosm of the

microcosm of the life, healthcare and suicide of Alma Virginia

Loosing a loved one to suicide I believe is a little like missing a child.

You just can't rest until you know they are safe.

I think when time allows me to complete Medicare Ma Ma's Probate Purgatory I

may finally have closure and peace.

WHen I sued the Mental Health Center for $1,000,000 knowing I could never

win but wanted to get the picture of her in suicide situ into the public

record, Dr. Portier, Director of the Mental Health Center was interviewed by

the Huntsville Times reporter Holden. His callous disregard for the

santity of life was eloquently expressed when he was quotes as saying:

" She's not happy with the outcome of the treatment and she just needs to

" let go " " .

That is what they want. They want to medicate your you and your family into

an early grave and then they don't want to be inconvienced with your grief

(unless you need antidepressant to deal with the pain caused by the

antidepressants and you hve good insurance).
