Guest guest Posted November 12, 2004 Report Share Posted November 12, 2004 What really ticks me off about being hospitalized last year is the fact that as an American Citizen I can NEVER have a hand gun.....not that I even WANT ONE!!! You cannot own a handgun if you have been convicted of a felony....or been dishonorably discharged from the mililary OR EVEN been hospitalized in a Psyciactric Ward. THIS REALLY TICKS ME OFF!
