What state is this woman in?

She/we need to review the commitment statutes of that state.

As I experienced in Alabama, there are probably civil rights violations

taking place when the publicly funded attorneys for the city and county fail

to properly educate the police regarding their legal right to be involved

with apprehending someone who has not committed a crime in violation of

their constitutional right against seizure without someone swearing out a

warrant for someone's arrest.

She needs to contact her governor, lt. gov. speaker of house, state and

congressional reps and senators, Commissioner of Mental Illness, Mayor, City

Councilperson, County Commission Chair and County Commissioner. She also

needs to carry a cell phone with back up for rescue and a tape recorder with

her at all times if she can't travel with a witness/bodyguard.

I don't rememeber the portion of the U.S. Contitution or the exact wording

but essentially whatever happens in one state creates a legal presidence for

use in other states

What has happened to her sets a presidence for using it against other

citizens that will be determined to need involuntary psychiatric commitment

for political purposes as was invoked against me and will be used more

frequently with Bush's " New Freedom in Mental Health " compulsory mental

illness evaluations.

We not only need forms to give our children's schools denying them the right

to interrogate our children without our knowledge abouty their parents for

their " mental health " we need to have legal documents that can be carried on

our persons and filed for public record in the Probate Courts to deny any

psychiatrist the right to touch or talk to us.

This needs to be done and done soon for ourselves.
