Dear Bryce,

May I make this suggestion?

Some groups have a little speal that you read about the group when you sign

up and then they post it as a reminder once a month.

This might be helpful.

As with the last problem we had on the group that caused much distraction

before it could be eliminated with great non-productive stress to many,

I propose that banishment be swift if the inappropriate behavior is not

corrected post haste.
