Guest guest Posted October 13, 2001 Report Share Posted October 13, 2001 My rumi in CA told me to avoid echinacea because it stimulate my immune system which is already overactive so I don't know if I should play around with that one or not. I know one thing for sure I must have a really strong immune system cause everyone at work got sick and I am the only one who never got it, which always seems strange to me I have all these health issues but never catch colds or stuff....
