Hi all

Just to let you know how it's going.

I had previously been on the max 375 mg daily...........but once

remission was achieved my GP put me on 300 mg daily.

This was 2 x 75 mg mornings...............2 x 75 mg night.

Then my skin went crazy.

To the end of last week I had it down to 150 mg daily.............1

tab morning 1 tab nights.

At the weekend I swopped over to 1 x 37.5 mg 4 times daily.

To-day I went to 1 x 3 tabs @ 37.5 mg divided through out the day.

So far no head shakes.........no shocks................no jerks.

It's coming to bed time here in Ireland as I write you

this..........so therefore I am about to take todays last 37.5 mg tab.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Me wonders how the nights sleep will go.

Experience over the weekend seems to suggest that 37.5 mg can carry

me through the night.............just so long as I take an early

breakfast and first tab...............say after 6-7 hours sleep.

Time will tell.

I guessing that with the short half life of efexor.............then

by cutting the strength but upping the freequency then I can get a

workaround the dreaded withdrawals.

Otherwise I do feel much fitter than I have for some years and my

weight is falling slightly.

Will my eyesight improve???????????????

Will my hearing recover????????????????

My skin is getting better by the day.......................and I

actually feel guardedly optomistic.

Mindfull of (what I think is a built in) my disposition to " the black

dog "

Can the readers suggest some sane and sensible food/supplements

tips...........nothing too " off the wall "

please..............remember I'm bog Irish

THX
