Mark,

I have decided to work with you in the attorney-client privilege mode. As you

know i am opposed to it, but if that's the current law I will go along with it.

It just means we will have to do this all over again for every mental hospital

in IL. This will be the last email going to the public on the JCAHO fraudelent

survey of the Chiucago Read mental Health Center.

Let's put a stop to this.

I got my 10 minutes of " fame " yesterday. I was escorted by 2 out of the 3

guards on duty to the meeting room (actually everywhere). They even wanted to

stand while I presented in the small room. I asked Jerry I. Dykman CHE ,

630/792-5000, if he was afraid of me. Jerry, a former hospital administrator,

headed the team of 3. A nurse and a shrink rounded out the team. In

retrospect, I should have, they can't understand the law anyway. He said " No " .

I told him I was not going to present my talk with those two goons in the room.

He told them it would be OK if they stood outside. I then asked if the door

could be closed. He said " No " it would have to be left open a little. They

left it wide open while the two guards stood across the corridor in full sight

the whole time.

It is clear to me that to get certified you:

1. Pay JCAHO to come out for three days. Note READ pays for this and JCAHO

wants you as a customer in another three years. THIS IS A REAL INDEPENDENT

EVALUATION.

2. Say you want certification as a hospital because it is easier to keep the

shrinks in line than the whole place. JCAHO has a separate certification for

mental health centers.

3. MAKE SURE THE PUBLIC AND ESPECIALLY FORMER PATIENTS DON'T GET WIND OF THE

SURVEY DATES. DON'T ALLOW THEM TO EVEN SIGN UP IN THE LAST 5 DAYS BEFORE THE

SURVEY.

4. Get certified as a hospital like Chester did even though you are not a

hospital.

5. JCAHO doesn't care since the cost is the same for either certification.

BY DEFINITION it is impossible for Read to give PUBLIC notice on anything.

There is no place on the grounds where the public can do public things like take

pictures without falling under control of the ILCS statute that I sent you the

picture of yesterday and having to possess and show an ID on demand.

Mark,

If you ever wanted to send your kids to Read, I would personally risk arrest to

block them from entering. YOU DON'T WANT TO GO THERE and with Judy as

your patient rep, I am not sure hell is worse.

OK, this is my last email about Read in the public mode. See Mark by making

this public, if you defeat this fraud in IL as I am confident you will do, then

others in America and even in Ireland can start actions in their

states/counties.

I can see the headlines now?

PROFESSOR MARK HEYRMAN OF THE LAND OF LINCOLN, BELIEVER IN DRUGS, STOPS THE

JCAHO/MENTAL HEALTH CENTER FRAUD THROUGHOUT THIS GREAT LAND.

Better get going because Art Ellingsen has brought this to the attention of his

federal representative.

I wish you the best and I appreciate the fact that you are a true professional.

You disagree with me on the cause and solution to Youngerman's

predictment, you disagree with me on the role of psychotropic drugs, but still

when you see a wrong such as JCAHO you are willing to work with me. i respect

that and I hope everyone else3 does too.

TO OTHERS READING THIS:

Mark is the best there is in the MidWest. Anyone calling him names will be

asked to go somewhere else. This false certification process is probably

widespread in the US. He can put a stop to it. I am behind him on this even

though we disagree on more importnat things. We are going to attack this

problem professionally. I came very close to being arrested over this issue. I

believe the Lord wants me to work on this. Many of my family members and

friends disagree. This is tough to do. After being escorted around for almost

two hours (it is a power trip of sorts) I went home and got depressed. I think

I was chemically imbalanced; so I had a glass of my favorite decaf green tea and

I immediately got better.

Today is a new day; Praise the Lord.

Here's some reading on a lighter topic:

Ah! Shropshire! Were you able to meet up with Hurcombe? She is one

At times, I feel as if everything we can give to this effort only serves to

The thought has occured to me that what we are fighting is a societal

institutions to undo this false belief... False belief is a most difficult

beast to contend with...

Yes, it was an interesting quick spin through London, Shropshire, and

Birmingham. Spoke to lots of providers, 2 shrinks, and many service users.

The shrinks could not contemplate the possibility that there was

Any problem with the antidepressants --- even when I shared with them

The results of Phase I healthy volunteer studies;

The Phase III clinical trial data , (reworked to compensate for

Faulty attributions of suicidal thought to the placebo arm),

And epidemiological studies.

No matter how one presents the data, the psychiatrists and other

Physicians still will not believe it.

What annoys me most, though, Is the fact that one does not have

To " see " suicidality to know the drugs are essentially worthless

And hopelessly addictive ---

I have worked in over a dozen very different settings, and the story

Has been the same in every single location:

Few people who start on antidepressants ever get off of them.

It is the benzodiazepine story all over again, but the doctors

Do not " see " this.

Also, the drugs are nothing but toxic placebos.

It is impossible to have doctors " see " the scope of their perfidy

And mendacity.

Thus, I have stopped trying to " reach " doctors, and I now

Focus on the consumers and other providers (social workers,

Psychologists).
