We have always heard that the children are the future of America, so why

are we drugging them? Its seems that young parents are having trouble keeping

their kids under control, so, instead of being a little more strict with them,

they are going to the doctors seeking the answer to their " problem child. "

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, the most commonly diagnosed

childhood psychiatric disorder, is also one of the most controversial diagnoses

in the area of mental health. Approximately 6 million children are currently

taking stimulants to modify their behavior.
