Guest guest
Clear Body Clear Mind, the book. Again I would look it over and make sure a medical doctor ok's you to do it. Not a psychiatrist. It's not a light purification, it took me a month but I used to party on all sorts of drugs, the less drug history the better as my clean living friends took only two weeks. The theory is that toxins can effect your mood and vigor so removing them completely is the solution to making a person more able, and this does remove the toxins. You normally do some form of exercise for around thirty minutes then you take a ton of vitamins and sit in the sauna for 3-4 hours taking breaks to cool off. Also you take increased dosed of niacin as you go to bring about a flush that opens your capillaries and helps get the blood moving. Be sure and take cell salts or even sea salt and other electrolytes. Steam room will work also. You also take vegetable oils to replace the fat that you are burning up so when you are done you have clean fat and a clean body. Then if the drugs are the cause of your problem, so long as there is no organic damage, this may very well handle what's going on. Of course there are no guarantees but since the drugs started the problem getting them out should help. Narconon may be able to give you an alternative version for your situation. http://www.narconon.org/ They are the masters at delivering this purification and can probably tell you more about it authoritatively. Considering psychiatric drugs I would definitely talk to them as they will know what to watch out for and what to expect from experience. I know some drugs make it hard to do this so I would check before I leaped into it and get their thoughts as they will not recommend it if you have taken some drugs as it might be worse for you to do so. I did mine on my own with a friend, I would recommend having a friend do it with you as when these drugs leave your body you can have the effects of the drugs re-occur while they are leaving. You need a stable mate there that is aware of that and can be there for you. We joined a health club and did it. I swear I experienced a full blown flu like illness and it went away only after my friend insisted I get back in the sauna. Later after being amazed that I had a 24 " lay in bed for a week " type flu, still amazes me....., I figured it was some drug I had taken while having a flu and while it sweated out I took on all the symptoms until it was out of my body. Swear to God I can think of no other explanation. Another thing was old sunburn lines would pop up and then go away as I sat in the sauna. I have a friend that could recognize the different bathing suits through her life when she did it. I am guessing it gets old sunburn radiation out as well. I still feel like I did when I was a child and everything is bright and alive. That only happened after I did this purification. I can only assume that most people that are feeling down could benefit from it. Re: Re: psych med induced tinnitus
