Guest guest
In less than an hour after the start of the first gulf war in 1991, the price of oil went down to $7 dollars per barrel (42 gallons) from a high of about $35 dollars per barrel. Within 5 minutes of this bottoming out, public service announcements were shown on several different television channels explaining that oil producers were " freezing gas prices at the current levels to keep the war from being a burden on the American people. " It was all a political maneuver as they should have lowered gas prices significantly since they just experienced their cost decreasing by 500%. It was the first time in history that oil prices didn't stay high after the start of a war. > Ya'll don't forget the second largest oil field besides Saudia Arabia. > > > Re: Pharma-driven economy > > > > > > In a message dated 10/18/04 7:49:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time, > > SSRI medications writes: > > > > > > > > > > Economics is government.
