International Inc. (Pinksheets: MSITF) wishes to announce that it has

completed additional testing of the VScan Hepatitis B test kit in the

People's

Republic of China. The independent test results show that the VScan

Hepatitis

B test kit was 99% accurate. Independent testing of the Hepatitis B test

kit

is currently ongoing in three additional countries other than China.

Preliminary indications are that the testing in the other countries is

getting

similar results to those that have been obtained in China. The Company will

continue with its efforts to get regulatory approval in each of these

countries. The infection rate of Hepatitis B can be as high as 30% in some

instances. Early detection of Hepatitis B is necessary to prevent any long

term medical problems. Failure to detect and treat Hepatitis B can result

in

long term medical treatment. The testing results being obtained by the

VScan

Hepatitis B test kit are far superior to any other rapid test kit for

Hepatitis B. The current test that is being used takes 8 to 10 hours and is

very expensive (over 10 times the cost of the VScan test kit).
