I shared this with the people in my office (KHPR Dept., University of North

Texas), and it was called by all AN URBAN MYTH. I'd like to belive it to be

so. Where did you get information on this topic? It seems to be a bit of a

hot chain letter. I'm definitely not sure enough of the situation to

forward this to anyone, as of yet.

My understanding of Bill 602P is that it is a complete hoax

Started in Canada and is now making its way around the US.
