cripple for deprivation of the property and the rights. In torture chambers

custom-made murders are used also. And, in such criminal activity in a different

degree take part various corrupt state structures (doctors-psychiatrists, court,

Office of Public Prosecutor, militia), that transforms it into the latent state

terrorism to the population! Such kind of gangsterism in many respects is based

on defects of the Law regulating activity in the Russian psychiatry, that to the
