As you can imagine the response was incredible for help for her. I can never thank you enough for the overwhelming interest that truly was enough to restored the human spirit, heart, and soul. Knowing that all were willing to do what ever it took to save her life was beyond spectacular. When the message came that we lost her in surgery I still cannot even begin to convey in words the depth of the sorrow felt by all. Nor will I ever be able to look at the knowledge of my knowing her beautiful life and count it as loss. She made me grow and believe, beyond all the comfort zones and traditional safety-nets I establish for myself continually on a daily basis. In order to honor her I must now use some of her courage in order for me to trust life again and return to the list of children waiting for help and hope. I wish to extend my most sincere appreciation to all those whose valiance in compassion and caring continue to touch my life. It will always hurt far greater to not love than to love, making the love of her, bearable, making my life more complete knowing her spirit will guide us on.
