I though after the DES drug they arent supposed legally do this? HOW are they

able to?

The research will examine the immune responses to the influenza vaccine

mother and baby. It's safe and universally recommended that all

Women ages 18-39 who are in the second or third trimester of pregnancy

are eligible to participate. Each woman will receive the flu vaccine and

That's what I was wondering.  I know that medication never get the highest safetly rating for pregnant woman because it's unethical to test on pregnant women.  Interesting to see where this goes.
