Anyone have experience with vaccine waivers with the DDoD?

I have a friend who is pulling her hair out. Her husband works for

the DDoD and they will be living overseas for a few years. In her

latest email to me she states, " I got my packet for my oldest son to

start the DoDD school and it clearly states that no waivers will be

excepted. I looked online and it says they will except religous but

that they persue looking into the exemption more....not sure what that

means "

Does anyone have experience with filing exemptions with DDoD? They

apparently think they are above the law....
