Guest guest
Dear , Well, I won't ask how you're doing, as you've already spelled it out! LOL!! However, I do want to give you a suggestion... Although I believe you are still experiencing some continuing withdrawal effects from the Zoloft, I believe there may be something else at play here as well... This is what I am seeing... The information you are taking in is causing you to be out of balance. Negative energy arising from the feelings that some of this information is invoking in you... You must try to counter-balance whatever you take in that makes you feel angry and upset with those things that make you feel happy and at peace... It is just what I feel... Go ahead with those little "chicky" baskets... And, be sure to deliver them with a smile and a hug. It will do you a world of good... Your innate senses are trying to balance things which you did not fully grasp yourself. He was also having panic attacks. I can't remember details as I did not know how bad these drugs were at the time. Since he lives in Ohio and I'm in California, I've never had an in depth conversation with him about it but I think I should now. I'm not really having a good time emotionally these last few days. Tomorrow will be 14 days off the zoloft. for 2 days I cried really a lot. since I never cried while on zoloft, I guess it's all coming at once. Today I felt so mean. I stayed to myself so I wouldn't hurt anyone's feelings. My boss came into my 'cube' at end of day and I was on the phone and he said I was talking too loud and to keep it down. It was after 6pm. everyone was gone. after he walked out of my cube, I threw my stapler across the cube. It broke into a bunch of pieces. I left it there and went home. I NEVER do stuff like that. I really wanted to punch his lites out and it was no big deal. And I feel so guilty for feeling this way when my problems are just trivial- not anything like some of you out there who have suffered so much and are suffering now. I just can't control my emotions a lot of the time and they are so strong. Does counting to 10 help? - Ill have to try it next time this happens. maybe I should count to 50. Driving home tonite I decided that I would not speak to anyone ever again at work unless spoken to. Now that is bizarre behavior - mean and nasty. It won't get me anywhere - like cutting off my nose to spite my face. I think part of my anger is that no one really understands how these drugs play with you and then you get attitude from them - you all know that in your own lives. On Sunday I bought little chicky baskets and plan to decorate them and fill them for easter presents for these very same people I said I won't speak to! Nutz! I feel like I am setting up a situation to give people a reason to hate me. And I feel like I am putting up another row of bricks in the wall to keep everyone out. And I want to do it. I get some pleasure out of it. But it bothers me too - so there is some piece of me that doesn't want this at all. Anyway, I should be venting this over at prozactruth or prozacawareness but I was here sooooooooooooooo.thanks for 'reading' > Dear Lynn, > > > You said: > > << - I had a horrible time withdrawing from Xanax - all per > doctor's > orders.
