Guest guest
What if you've already had it this summer...now you would be immune or at least more protected than the vax could claim! Could or Would they still try to force vax those that have had it???From: Alan <lawpapa@...>Subject: Re: Will religious exemption still work against mandatory vax??no-forced-vaccination Date: Thursday, August 6, 2009, 12:53 PM Checking the model act won't help--that's just a proposal for the states. Need to check your state's current laws regarding the state's authority in emergency measures. MN has some kind of exemptions for emergency measures, but most other states probably don't. But even if they do, unvaccinated people may still be subject to quarantine, and possibly in a gov't facility, as the state's concern is controlling the spread of disease--i.e. , vaccination status--and not anyone's technical legal (i.e., exemption) status. Diane , JD has just spearheaded a project resulting in draft model federal and state legislation that addressed emergency freedoms comprehensively, it will be posted soon (if not already) on the pandemicfluonline. com site, and on vaccinerights. com within the next 24 hours or so.
