Guest guest
Joy, I guess I'm what you call a type "A" personality... I have a hard time letting go of things until the project is finished... and, right now I'm struggling with trying to prioritize.. so, even when I try to sleep.. I lay there and think about all that needs to be done.. and can't sleep.. So, I work until I'm so tired I will... But once I'm asleep.. I'm as good as dead.. No kidding! Let me tell you what happened the other day... the hospital had been trying to reach me. They tried my home phone, and then my cellular - which I keep plugged in and on my nightstand each evening... This was the morning they needed to do the second surgery on my dad, and they thought I might want to be present. When they couldn't reach me at home, they called my bishop who lives down the street. He came over and pounded on the door. My two dogs and my dads two dogs started barking. My alarm was going off at the loudest setting... the phone was ringing again.. and I didn't have a clue... The bishop became worried, as my car was parked in the driveway instead of the garage.. so he assumed I must be home. Later that morning he finally did reach me just as I was getting out of the shower. That's the first I knew of the earlier commotion!! Pretty funny, huh? But, I did feel bad that I had missed being with my dad before he went in for the surgery... But, that's how soundly I sleep once I finally do... I generally get by on about four to four and a half hours of sleep. I've been doing this for months. I find that if I sleep much more than that, I don't feel as "chipper" the next day. And, I've been taking a great nutritional product that I think really helps me stay on an even keel... So, don't worry about me. I'm doing OK.. Not great, but OK. Besides, I have a mission to accomplish, and the Lord is loaning me some additional zenergy..... that's right... zenergy!!! Besides, if I sleep during the day (with my fan on high) I don't have to listen to the 'rat packs' computer games, TV, or general ing. Don't get me wrong, these are good kids, but they are LOUD. :-) (My roommate Dale owns one of them and the rest are his friends, all hot and h**ny teenagers.) > >I just see you on at nearly all hours and with what your going through am quite concerned for your own health and sanity.
