Today December 3rd, 2004

President signed the Child Medication Safety Act into law

today!!!!!!!!! Everybody's hard work has paid off immensely!!!!! This Act

was placed within IDEA bill and has what I gather much stronger language.

Details will follow as I receive more. It will apply to ALL children, not

only those falling under IDEA.

A HUGE Thank You to all who called, wrote and faxed Senators

and legislators to get this FIRST and Most Important legislation

Passed!!!!!!!!
