Guest guest
Dear Glitter, The day HedlundBaum announced they were launching a class action suit against Paxil, over 1000 people called THAT DAY. They picked 35 to go in the suit. Now if the rest launch personal lawsuits for $100,000 each and settle at an average of $10,000 each (many won't get anywhere), Eli Lilly spends $100,000,000 on "nuisance suits". They can't afford that. Being stung by one wasp is a nuisance, 10 wasps is a bigger nuisance, 10,000 wasps is FATAL. Or they can all wait in line to be picked for a class action suit. Paxil will be "discontinued" as early as the end of this year, no later than the end of 2003, thanks to a successful lawsuit in North Dakota. Wanna bet on it ? There's blood in the shark infested waters now. Tim
