Dear Mr. Prior,

Thank you for your email regarding the meeting of the Psychopharmacologic Drugs

Advisory Committee and the Pediatric Subcommittee of the Anti-Infective Advisory

Committee on February 2, 2004. The meeting begins at 8 am and ends at

approximately 5 pm and entire meeting is open to the public. No registration is

required to attend the meeting. However,to register to speak at the hearing,

please provide via email or phone your Name (or Speaker's Name), Contact

Information (include Mailing address, E-mail Address, Telephone, and Fax

number), Affiliation (e.g. advocacy group, industry, professional association,

or other group), and nature or outline of presentation. The deadline for

registration submissions is January 26th, 2004.

Attached to this email is a guidance document that should be used as a reference

in preparing for your presentation. You may speak during the morning session

which begins at approximately 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2 PM to 2:30 PM. The time

allotted for each presentation may be limited to allow for other individuals to

speak during the Open Public Hearing Session. I will contact you in January to

notify you of the exact time that will be given to you for your presentation. If

you would like to submit a statement to the Committee, please send it to me via

email or mail and I will include it with the letters received from the public

and send it to the Committee on January 26, 2004.

Please note that the role of the committee is strictly advisory and no final

decision will be made at the meeting. For the most updated information regarding
