Guest guest
Hi I have had morphine after a surgery-- and let me attest to its powerful effects. It made me feel absolutely wonderful and totally pain free. It is a warm feeling and then it takes you to a place of psychological and physical bliss-- nothing bothers you, everything, everyone is rosy, kind and and you feel so good that you want to call up the phone company and ask them to marry you! This is how it has made me feel but then for some others-- that may not be the case- It is powerful drug and once injected you never get over how great it made you feel I believe that is why people get hooked on it- or at least crave that feeling it gives. I would imagine that your father is not feeling that way? It may have to do with basic personality and the combo of medication? Has your father always been mean spirited? How are you holding UP yourself??? love Annie A poet is, after all, to see From: grasshopperx_10 <woody10@...> Subject: MORPHINE? neck pain Date: Friday, June 27, 2008, 9:29 AM How stoned up is a person on morphine? Has anyone here had it after an operation for pain?. I wonder to myself how stoned my 80 year old father IS on it? I wonder what he realises....or doesnt. I know its off topic but anyone know? cindy ------------------------------------
