It was those foods, accumulation of the old stuff and parasites in the bowels, and kidney stones that have caused weakening of the bones ,muscles and cartilage of the lover back. By cleansing her bowels, and her kidneys, adjusting her diet, and adding some supplements to her diet, she would forget lower back problems. Just my experience with people suffering of those problems . I have just taken half cup of olive oil with grapefruit juice, so I got an inspiration to answer to your story. But, of course, your friend will probably find my ideas too unrealistc and to difficult to realize. Dusan Stojkovic
Guest guest
Hello everyone. I am also new to the group. I've had lower back pain, more or less an ache, in my lower back for 3 years. I had an MRI in Sept of 2003 that did show some narrowing and a disk (not sure what number) with slight bulging. The surgeon said it didn't warrant surgery. I let it go. For the past 3 weeks the pain has moved to my knee. Not the back of my knee that would indicate sciatic. At least that's what I've heard. The knee pain isn't associated with any one movement. When it does happen,It goes from sharp shooting to burning than spasms. Sounds kinda weird. Has anyone had or have this same sensation with lower back pain or may it be associated with something else. I haven't had any recent injury such as a fall. Thanks. Guest guest
Hi , Very possibly your knee is a separate issue. I do have lower back pain with significant degenerative disc disease at 3 levels, bone spurring and stenosis, but my knee pain was not from that. I didn't have stabbing pain but my knees did get very sore with any activity. I went to an orthopedist, who diagnosed patellar syndrome--my upper leg muscles were weak, especially the inner thigh muscles and the outer thigh muscles were spasming, pulling the knee caps more to the outside of my leg. The displaced knee caps were causing the pain and grinding sounds when I flexed my knees. Physical therapy fixed that and I just have to continue the exercises.
