If you go the the Group's HOME PAGE, look in the

upper right corner for " EDIT MY MEMBERSHIP " option.

Scrolls down on that page to MESSAGE DELIVERY:

-- you can choose the DIGEST option, where groups

of (usually) up to 25 e-mails are grouped into

one e-mail posting back to the subscriber OR

-- select the INDIVIDUAL option, where each post

is sent to you.

Under MESSAGE FORMAT:

-- you can choose which format you want to receive

messages in.

Now click " SAVE CHANGES "

Hope this explains HOW TO switch from digest to individual

e-mail posts.

Dear :

I always try to at least quote from the post I am responding to so you

have

some idea on what I am basing my comments. My comments are always on

the

current SSRI Crusaders Digest # -- because if I don't respond that day, I

don't

respond at all. The entire list comes to me in digest form -- I don't

know how

it got that way, nor do I have even a remote clue how to change it, and

if you

only get 100 e-mails a day, you're lucky because my inbox sports up to

200

each morning, and that's more than I can handle so I am happy that the

Crusaders

list comes in one e-mail otherwise I'd be inclined to delete the entire

lot.

I'll try to include the subject line if that makes it easier for you, but

I'm

completely incapable of figuring out how to change any other format on

this

list. Sorry about that. Blame it on my paxil-induced brain damage. LOL

I'm

in the USA by the way. And my tag line is a link to my book and that

webpage

has all the info anyone needs to know about me. LOL

Blind Reason

a novel of espionage and pharmaceutical intrigue
