Gastro Intestinal problems with Xenical. It's supposed to keep the fat

consumed from being digested, but causes bloating and diarrhea. Can

cause nausea too.

vitamin absorption. Nutrients are the building blocks while toxins like

drugs tend to more or less solve a symptom but not empower the body to heal

You did what you could. People can be very irrational with their body's

appearance. I actually knew she would probably be like this because she is

not confronting what she needs to do in the first place. It sounds like her

husband needs to gently, very gently get her to take a walk around the block

and then build up from there with very encouraging words and no

invalidation. I liked The Zone diet because it works as well as the Atkins

diet but is actually healthier with less animal fat and more emphasis on

veggies. It's a pain to follow exactly but once I read the book I could

apply the basic concepts to my eating habits and did wonderfully.

By the way I'm tall and skinny and never had a weight problem. What I did do

was drink to much coffee and work very long hours and fried my adrenal

gland. The Zone got me back up to functional in a month.
