Rochelle? Bizaare neck stuff.

Rochelle, this is for you. I get anxiety(at times) and when it happens. I get

pin pricks all over my arms.... ONLY FROM THE ELBOWS DOWN. The skin on my arms

BURN from the elbows down. And when i first got that, i couldnt believe it was

anxiety? But years later i have noticed it when ever i get very upset.

But its also a symptom on my spine chart, which i cant seem to find at the

moment.

***I have another ABSURD one for you.*** sympathetic nervous system?

Tip my neck in bed, get instant anxiety attack. Straighten neck out.. It leaves.

I repeated this 12 TIMES. Rochelle 12 times i tipped my neck and manufactured an

anxiety attack.

So by then, my emotions were panicky but my logical brain was saying " I DONT

BELIVE THIS IS HAPPENING " !

So now when the panic comes, i pick myself up, dust myself off and say to

myself. Its the stupid neck again!
