Guest guest
Hi Connie, I think there are as many opinions on how to lose weight as their are stars in the heavens!!! It is true, however, that those who use psych drugs almost always gain weight. They are very taxing on the liver, which is responsible for metabolizing most toxins that enter your body, and well... they mess just plain mess with your normal metabolism. Have you read the information about losing weight on Jim's site? He has two different plans- one for those who are on SSRIS and one for those who are not. I think you'll find his research interesting: http://www.prozactruth.com/weight.htm Good luck! ~The Avenging Angel >From: cmull4706@...
