I must say you are incredible looking :) Just goes to show that you

don't have to be overweight to do BFL (of course, that's not MY

case). You have improved 100%. Before you looked like you were all

legs, and now your so proportioned. Absolutely gorgeous. Your a for

sure inspiration. A big thumbs up to you girlie girl.

One question I hope you don't mind my asking - with a BF% that low, how do you

have such wonderful breasts? I just look at women with really low body fat and

it seems their breasts suffer, but you look great!

Well, he did a *damn* good job. They're awesome!

I just know that when I get below about 18% body fat my normally size C breasts

disappear on me... sob...

I was a 34 b when I got married and I became huge with kids. I have

always been a 34 or 36 D since children and now with BFL I'm

shrinking. I just got some new bras because mine were 36 D and my

new ones are 34 C And I know I will shrink more because I love to

work my chest, I love that sore feeling :)

I work my chest too. I was a 36C pre-kids. I had the Dr make me a D cup.

Although, I am now a 34 and not a 36. I lost some inches around on BFL.

I got it from..... cover your ears...... Hussman. :o)

Bill mentioned the fruit loops in an article for Muscle Media. I do not have the

article though. :o(

The carb depleting should really be done over a few days, but you should still

get some benefit from doing it one day. Have the cereal at bedtime and I think

Oh's would be just fine. YUM! They sound GOOD!! LOL! I love Oh's!!!

And for your cardio.... I would try to do it as late as possible, so your cereal

will be sucked up by your muscles. Maybe, cardio at 8, cereal at 9??? Or

something similar.

sure! :o)

I bet it is really tough. You should really slowly deplete them over a few days,

so I am sure drastically cutting them will make you feel pretty yucky. :o( I am

sorry you are feeling so yucky. If you jumped on the trampoline, you may not

need to do cardio too. Maybe you could just go for a walk or something. I

wouldn't try to do HIIT if you are feeling bad. :o)

I know your pics are going to be great. You KNOW you have made changes in 12

thought of cardio injures me..lol

I have noooo energy..totally zapped. this no carb thing is pretty

hard on me this time..I had no idea it would be. I am very irratable

too...oh those pics better look good! see what going without carbs

can do to you..oh the pain..lol I usually have plenty of energy for

the day..I will probably drowned in the pool! I have a headache..oh

the whineyness of me! we will see if I can even do the cardio..I just

jumped on the trampoline..and just could not do it very long like I

normally can. my kids are like.. " what is up with you mom? " I just

said I don't feel good! lol

Thanks Sushine...if my pics suck..I will not be posting them..I am

still very very nervous to see them..cause like..they may not be how

I want them to be!

---Well...I already did my dang death cardio this morning..I could

not imagine doing two of those in a day. I am going

shopping..umm..maybe that could count too! I still have to get a top

for tommorrow..the one I had last time..well it is too big..so thatis

good sign! yeah..I really should have gradually cut the carbs down

huh? next time I will use that info! right now I am

and I made macaroni salad for my family for dinner..and that pasta is

worked out hard with no carbs to back it up today..YIKES!!

well..it is 10 at night here..I just got back from the store finding

a top for my pics tommorrow. I still need to go out and jump on the

trampoline really hard for a few mintues. Sunshine..that sweet thing

you told me to eat..do I need to put a protein with it..or do you

just want me to eat the cereal by itself? I have not had anything to

eat for like..four hours now..very bad I know..I took nothing with me

when I went shopping. I hope you are still up and can answer this for

me..but ummm..probably not huh? LOL...okay..I will go out to the

trampoline and see how that goes! oh the tops I got..I think they

look HOT!!! now I can't wait for the pics!

Hi Deb,

Yes, that's what I get. Chills 'n' fever and weakness, plus diarrhea

(which I could **never** figure out). I don't know if it's related

to low vitamin D, but I've started supplementing too, so maybe I'll

find out.

I bet it's going to be a while, now, before you slather up and

go " roast in the sun " ! But I hope you don't end up joining

the " vampire club " here.

Hi Deb-

I was cringing reading your post as that is exactly what too much sun would do

to me long before I even got sick. I realise now that I was experiencing

sun/heat stroke.

When I was a teenaager, I use to lather myself up with baby oil and lay in the

sun for hours...I gasp at the thought of it now. Talk about asking for skin

cancer and a host of other problems. My brother has some major skin issues now

as he was even more of a sun baby than I was.

I have also gotten similar symptoms after I got sick when I was trying various

saunas. Same deal, like a heat stroke feeling as you described.

And I have a healthy awareness of Vitamin D and the sun and wonder now if all

those times I was getting such a boost of D that it would exacerbate the

symptoms.

Hi all:

Just wanted to put in my 2 cents on this subject! My eyes have al ways

been very sensitive to light but being out in the sun doing physical

stuff wasn't a problem until I got sick. In the past, my favorite

vacation destination was the beach. Now even sitting in the sun is nearly

impossible for me. I get red-faced and overheated doing nothing. This is

very strange to me because my body temp stays pretty much subnormal,

although 2 years ago I always had a low-grade temp around 99.7. I know I

have a Candida problem because sometimes I get thrush in my mouth in

addition to those pesky vaginal infections that never seem to go away.

These days I don't usually even attempt to go outside until dusk, so I

guess that makes me a vampire club member too....

P.S. The symptoms some of you are describing (diarrhea, chills, fever)

sound like what we used to call " sun sickness " or a form of heat

exhaustion.
