Guest guest
The only thing I can think of and you might think I am stupid especially if you feel so tired. Get out and walk if you can. Believe me when my doc told me to do that I was not happy. I was t hinking hell if I can keep my eyes open for 2 minutes I might get lucky to get to the front door and back to bed-- But I pushed myself to start to the end of the block now I walk from my house to my moms, to the kids school to work etc... Was horrible at first but now I feel better. The second think until you go to md --WATER --WATER ---WATER. I cut out pretty much red meats - and I am a steak and taters kind of gal from the farm where moo moo was always plentiful lol. NOT good to the liver. I either take or eat more fiberous foods which also helps to detoxify the liver. Those are just little tiny things that can not hurt you one bit. Try to think positively our minds can make us think of the worst. DONT LET THE DRAGON WIN.. I am praying and wishing you feel better and smile today When you feel sad know you are on our thoughts. Em new at this Is it common to have days where you have absolutly no energy to do anything and your entire body hurts like you were hit by a truck. I go back to the dr. on the 5th but I don't know if I can take this that long. I have spent most of the day in bed cause I just don't have any energy and I feel like crap. I don't know what stage I'm in yet suppose to find out at next appointment. Any suggestions. Please.
Guest guest
Spots, So sorry for all the losses and triggers in your life buddy. As a fellow recovery gal-- Easy does it - Try to stay out of your head- ( wow I need to take my own advice- especially when it comes to worrying about another big hospital bill) Anyway they cant get blood out of a turnip!! With all these problems Spot you are still clean and sober- that is wonderful. Lean on your support groups, us, yell, cry whatever it takes. Take it easy pray buddy- I know it is so so hard for me I wanted to go to work this afternoon just to check on the folks and the nursing home after being in the hospital 2 nights no sleep hovering over a sick baby. Dang I had to say easy does it and plop on the couch when my husband got home and he was a dear to let me sleep for 3 hours, get a shower. I just relish things like this these days. I long for days with 5-10 minutes of " God, I cant do this alone today and at the end of the day " god thanks for seeing me through one more day sober, food on my table and for my children - would not trade all the dirty diapers, breathing treatments , ice cream covered faces for one day of dopeville. There is a reason and a purpose for all this -- MORE will be reviled!! love yas! Em I love rabbits my brother and I use to have some when we were younger. new at this Hepatitis Csupportgr oupgroups (DOT) com Date: Wednesday, September 16, 2009, 4:44 PM Is it common to have days where you have absolutly no energy to do anything and your entire body hurts like you were hit by a truck. Guest guest
Well I am not sure about eggs either. My dietician while I was on interferon and my albumin was so low she told me to eat eggs. I eat them daily boiled with oat/bran muffins ( I get the bran from the healthfood stores use organic applesauce. I dont eat after 2 pm ( trying to get some of this belly off me) If I eat after 2 I eat tuscan soup or cabbage stew loaded with antioxidants.
