Guest guest
A friend and I were wondering if cirochiss is cirrochis nno matter if you got if from drinking or drugs or hepatitis. Also a friend of mine went to the dr and he told her she ws " eat up with cirrochis " and that if she didn't quit drinking he would be dead within 6 mo's to a year. Well, looks to me like that would be some fast healing on the liver if it heals that much to keep someone from dying he got that diasnosis. I just wonder how much the interferon is going to " heal " my liver and how often after i finish treatment should i be checked. Ins wil end @ the same time as treatment. Any other tsts I should be getting b4 i gt off treatment. Thanks - =] chern

Guest guest
That is correct, cirrhosis behaves in the same way regardless of the cause. If its due to alcohol and it is not stopped then the progression of cirrhosis is much faster and after sometime it continues even after you stop taking it.
