Guest guest
The "delirium" episodes are definitely autistic symptoms, though such odd behaviors are not always the same. Sometimes the outer world fades and the person appears to abnormally reserved, other times they go through phases where they talk too much, but not as balanced dialogue. Repetitive behaviors like button pushing and savant like preoccupations with musical instruments and mathematical symbols are common. Your occasional preoccupation with numbers is of the same. I doubt this has much to do with genetics, but you likely had excessive exposures when young and had a mild case of Asperger's - you remember having problems getting along with classmates, some developmental delay? That means that subsequent exposures from vaccines would hit extra hard. If you have amalgams, get them replaced ASAP. I have CFS and Fibromyalgia (I'm 34), that I believe was triggered at age 18 by an MMR booster. I have read that CFS and Autism are similar in the sense that people who are predisposed have similar genetic profiles and B12/glutathione problems (methylation cycle). I think I saw some discussion about this in the group before. What I was wondering from the Moms (and former children, lol) of the group is, I remember as a child (age 7-?) getting fevers around 102 and I would get delirious where I would have "numbers running thru my head that I couldn't stop". I'm not sure how else to describe this but it was something I couldn't stop. I remember these strange episodes and they were scary, it was like my brain was malfunctioning. I think it scared my Mom too. I wonder if these were autistic-like symptoms, although I am definitely not autistic I wonder if these were early warning signs of my predisposition. I know I had my basic set of childhood vaccines and I don't think any of these episodes happened immediately after any of them. Oh, and was talking to my Mom today about what's been going on w/vaccines lately. She mentioned that my grandfather (now deceased) had gotten the first swine flu vaccine in 1976 when he was 53. Right after that he got pneumonia and was hospitalized and had to retire from the Navy. She said at the time she tried to talk him out of it because he was getting over a small cold but he didn't want to hear it. BTW, neither my grandmother or grandfather made it to age 70. My Mom is now 64 and still working FT and fairly healthy (knock on wood) but she's also much more holistic-minded too. KS
