Guest guest
Hi Caren & e, I second Caren's motion for no lipo surgery -- for the same reasons. Find a work-out program you can remain faithful to, and change your eating habits. You will not only look better, you will feel better, and you must learn to 'love yourself', which includes the body God gave you. You KNOW what you need to do to accomplish your goals, so quit making excuses (as I have done), and get busy doing what you know you need to do. There is no quick easy 'fix', which you well know, also. e, I say this to you out of love & caring! Blessings always, Martha Murdock NSIF ----- Original Message ----- From: cjheer@... Didn;t you just tell me your body fat was low like 23% so what is it you want to lipo? I have friends that did it and regret it, first of all it is so painful, and second it all comes back again anyway, unless you are going to keep on working out, eating right etc. It isn't worth it, I think about getting a tummy tuch allot too just because after having a baby I got the stretch marks and all and no amount of situps work to get rid of the little roll I have and I am thin, no fat, just skin, but hey ya know I have just learned to accept myself as I am, not always easy and I still get wrapped up in the boob thing cause I have no boobs pretty much, but I wouldn't recomend doing lipo not after all the other stuff you have been through, give your body a break honey...it is so not worth it. Remember it won't make you feel happy anyhow, no matter how good we look it does not necesarily bring happiness with it.
