Guest guest
Has anyone here heard of the " GRAPE CURE " it is an old book from like 1930 that my father in law has and he claims when he was 57 he had arthritis so sever he couldn't even hold a pencil. My inlaws are very into holistic healing, anyhow he said he did the grape cure for a week and has not had arthritis in his hands since and he is in his 70's now! I am thinking of doing it probably for a few days first to see if it is doable for me with all my working out I am always so hungry and get weak if I don't eat. It is just what it sounds like, you eat only grapes, drink grape juice and are allowed raisins as well. You can have allot of water too. The trick I am told is you must eat every 2 hours and not to go longer than that, anyhow it sounds like something I could handle, I am concerned about getting all the stuff out of my intestines first though......blah, enema? On the subject of enemas ....patty I know you do them and I know this is a well, sensitive subject for some, but when you do them do you hold the water in for a long time and how do you know how long and how much? I have done them and I cannot stand the feeling, so I don't think I am getting much success as I cannot hold it in there for long. Anyhow if you have some ideas, tips , suggestions for me about this whole thing I would love to hear them....... Right now I am not too good at the enema thing, I also forget is it your right or left side you need to lay on? Nurses at work the other day were saying that if people had enemas regularly there would be no colon disease, I wonder about that? Thanks,
Guest guest
, I have heard of the grape cure, and have heard it cures people of their diseases, especially arthritis. The only thing I would be concerned about is the high amounts of sugar for those who are battling candida issues. But overall, the idea is basically the same as all good health diets....just staying focused on all natural, live (enzymatically alive) foods. I would definitely only eat organically grown grapes. As for the enemas, , there really is no benefit in holding plain water enemas in at all. In fact, it probably is more detrimental to hold them, because of the possibility of absorbing more toxins. The ONLY enema you hold, (for 7-15 min.) is the coffee enema, and the reason for that is so the palmitates in the coffee can increase the binding of toxins by the bile. Furthermore, it is highly recommended to do a clear water enema before you do a coffee enema. So, if you are doing water enemas, don't worry about how long you are holding it. Just get it in and evacuate when you need to, but massage your abdomen while it is going in to help loosen everything up. When doing plain water enemas (or garlic, lemon or whatever) lay on your left side. When doing the coffee enema, lay on your right side. This is according to the Gerson therapy protocols. Finally, what the nurses were saying is true! All the books I have read about this subject indicate that a toxic bowel is the first and primary cause of many, many, many diseases! (Just one example......My husbands back pain stumped doctors for years and years, with no solution, but we finally cured it with the use of daily enemas...) Guest guest
We've talked about this cure on our group several years ago. I think one of our members tried it and it worked for joint pain. You can dom something similar with watermelon, and in fact Ann Wigmore's clinic, the Hippocrates Institute, started all patients who came tehre on a 3 day watermelon diet. Then they started on the other juices and foods. http://hippocratesinst.com/ Patty > > I'm not sure if this is what used but I came across this > cleanse/cure. Sounds a little extreme for me. > > http://cancertutor.com/Cancer/GrapeCure.html >
