Guest guest
Hi Robin, I managed to gain 87lb!!! through having two kids and lost some (33lb) by virtue of actually giving birth and breast feeding and the extra weight remained for the next 15 years!!! and then I went on a Palaeolithic eating plan with many NT principles incorporated into that, initially to cure my chronic Candida. it worked for the Candida but amazingly I managed to lose 50 lb. in the process I've kept it this way since Jan. 2000... maybe it could work for you?! it should be good to eat lots of vegetables with meat fish fruit and nuts etc. I did eat sweet potatoes or new potatoes on occasions and the odd yoghurt. I felt just fine. lots of energy loss of weight seems OK to me. Good luck with the pregnancy. Guest guest
Did you use raw milk? I ask this because NT seems to be very big on milk as long as it's raw and organic. Guest guest
I don't drink milk myself, only goat's milk yoghurt. organic but not raw. haven't been able to get any raw yet. my kids drink milk again, organic pasteurised but at least not homogenised. Hey, we try the best we can.
