Same basic thing happened to me -- now that I eat lots more fat, especially

saturated, my HDL has climbed to 75 and my TGs to 56. My LDL has stayed the

same. After having read the The Cholesterol Myths however I'm not convinced

that any of these numbers matter all that much.
