Guest guest Posted June 27, 2002 Report Share Posted June 27, 2002 Results of a personal taste test. Whole Foods has recently started carrying raw Jersey milk in addition to 'ordinary' raw milk. I bought two or three bottles of jeresey and loved it, you could see the cream at the top, it had a better flavor and color. Then yesterday, they were out of it when I went shopping, so I bought the regular raw milk. Not nearly as flavorful, even the color seemed different. In the future, it will be Jersey for me!
