Guest guest
It all sounds so different over there. (im in the uk) I know that if we ever even wanted to have even aspirin ( a pain killer you can buy from a supermarket) by doctors orders, you had to give your own to the school office beforehand, with a doctors letter. If you had anything else, bigger....expect a huge battle! School was not allowed to give anything out. And as far back as my mum remembers (im only 16) they've always had counsellors, under many different names, but counsellors all the same. Guest guest
Thats also true over here. If you are registered disable they get more money because you supposedly take more time. But then again, its also true of the doctors clinics here that the more lists you are on the more money they gete. For example, they were only too clean to put you on the family planning extra list...but everytime you were due for a smear or tests they would tell you 'you dont really need it if you dont want it' If they can get money for nothing of course they will do it!!! Guest guest
Hi Jeni, I'm out here in Texas where it's very hot. I know a 15 year old guy that was on Tegretol, which I think is an anticonvulsant med the psychs use off label, and his psych didn't warn him not to be in the sun and he passed out in second period at school. He was in the sun for just a little while that morning. true it's Texas sun but still..... Listen to Morse, vits and exercise all the way!
