I've never had one. I'm not 100% familiar with the procedure other

than it's use in childbirth. Is it an injection right into the

spine? What type of medication do they inject? Does it depend on

where your pain is located? Dave

I tried them , worked at 1st,but the last series only lasted 2 days each .

Very sorry to hear you are feeling so much neck pain and headaches.  I relate

so

much to that awful kind of pain.  One reason I will never move near the desert,

it gets very very hot in that sun.  Bad enough we get into the 90's at the

worst

of summer.  Heat drains me and I perspire so much that it drips everywhere. 

Yuck, that really sounds terrible.

Good to see you are back with us here.  I'm not doing anything special, just

trying to keep cool and take care of myself.

Hi all

I've had problems with my previous address, don't know if it was hi-jacked

or what, so now I'm starting over. I don

t see any new mail, so I was wondering if everyone is busy, on vacation, in

pain-hopefully it's not a problem on my end. This is kind of a test email, hope

it goes through and everyone is as well as can be.

Haven't been out of the house in a week, as it's been up to 114 degrees here in

Vegas. I still can't sleep, and I'm having neck pain again, along with

headaches, and am having problems as my old surgeon doesn't accept my new

insurance plan, it's a big mess.

hey annie, i get 6 per year, half in neck and half in lumbar. wish he would give

me more, i agree they help but only last 4-6 weeks and by the time i get another

injection in that area, it has been painful for weeks. hugs, wyld
