I would have said that Tim was having a Paxil moment to even entertain such a frivolous idea, but then I remembered that he hasn't taken any of these drugs. You can't just file a lawsuit and expect that Eli Lilly is going to pay you to go away. They would start a war of attrition and would drag it out until the plaintiff is flat-ass broke, and unless a lawfirm has MILLIONS of dollars to pursue a claim, they won't win either. And the bottom line is that NO LAWYER IN HIS RIGHT MIND woudl take on a case of such little consequence. Sue Eli Lilly for $10,000??? What a joke! It takes DEEP POCKETS. That's why there haven't been MORE class action lawsuits. You need BIG BUCKS to even begin to take on these sharks. tim usually has good ideas, that this was absolutely one of the most stupid things he has ever proposed. Sorry, Tim. It's okay, though. We all get a little exuberant in our zeal to put these assholes out of business, but if it were all that easy, it would've been done already. And some piddling little podunk lawyer would get laughed out of court if he didn't have enough $$$$ to pursue a case, and if the lawyer didn't have the money, it would be up to the client to cough up the dough to finance the lawsuit, and if there no money, the judge would simply dismiss it as frivolous and Eli Lilly would be laughing all the way to the bank. Now get back to the drawing board, Tim. And where did you see that it was Baum, Hedlund who did the lawsuit in Wyoming??????? ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THAT????? You were wrong about the state. Could you be wrong about who prosecuted the case????
