Guest guest
Hello , I would like to apologize for the insensitive post that have been made regarding Welbutrin and your family. Please understand that those that have responded in this way have been harmed by these medications and continue to experience a great deal of pain because of them. Unfortunately these people are angry and they tend to vent on individuals instead of helping them to see the dangers involved in taking these drugs. Please understand, they are angry at the drugs and what has been done to them or their loved ones. Most hear have not had the positive results that your family has and if you stay long enough you will hear their stories and maybe understand where they are coming from. We believe that there are reasons people experience anxiety, depression, anger, etc. Diet, Vaccines (my personal favorite), including the flu vaccine, lack of exercises, to name a few. What is happening is that people and doctors are addressing the symptoms instead of getting to the root of the problem. What I'm saying is there is something causing these behaviors and we must get to the root of it, not *mask* the cause. Your family has issues (i believe to be physical & spiritual in nature) and not a Welbutrin deficiency. The owner of this group knows someone personally that lives about 30 minutes from me who started taking Welbutrin to stop smoking and that person is now literally crazy. This drug took his mind. If your not scared , you should be, because if their (the pharmaceutical industry) experiment eventually fails *you*, you may end up with a wife and a daughter who are on even more dangerous drugs and in and out of mental hospitals for the rest of their lives. Dealing with unstable personalities and the risk of possible suicide and or homicide. These drugs are nothing to sneeze at or get comfortable with , I'm sorry to tell you, but they are *extremely dangerous*! If i were you i would continue to educate myself and to investigate the possible causes of their moods. I am not, nor have i ever taken any of these drugs, but i have dealt a little with depression. I changed my diet and i began to exercise, i reduced things in my life that cause stress and i got right with God. AND I'M BETTER! The day i changed my diet and began walking, i knew i was on the right track. The sad thing here is if your wife finds out how dangerous these drugs are and decides to get off this medication she will experience sever withdrawal. Suicide and homicide will then be your greatest concern. We are not all angry here and most of us would like to help in any way we can. If you have questions, we can tell you where to find the answers or at least point you in the right direction. Guest guest
Hi Connie... I just got out of bed to have a cigarette and saw your post. I truly love to hear explanations like you opened with. I have to say that I agree with you more than you might know. I am writing while only 1/2 way through the post because I noticed a small misunderstanding. I too noticed a man talking about his experience with Wellbutrin in his family but I am not he. I am a guy who has been harmed myself in different yet related ways. In fact it was Wellbutrin that got me kinda going again. I had a horrid psychiatric diagnosis going into the taking of this SRI and due to a myriad (laugh) of sensitivities from that too offense and I am glad that you reminded me why. But. No harm done. I have to, for my sanity's sake push aside the idea of fear at the moment. I do agree with you in the lessening of poisonous habits but one might look at it as a necessary response (and crutch) for an extreme personal present and past history. You may have noticed my mention of friggin' MKultra in an earlier post and it's something like that if you are aware of that alleged and mostly swept under the carpe subject. Something like that. The monarch project comes to mind as well but ya just don't talk about that round the coffee table these days (for the most part). Smile.
