Yes, but as Gertie pointed out, there seems to be a loophole even though it

bars school employees (lunchroom workers, janitors, teachers) from dxing and

drugging your child, but what about the quack they refer those children to who

makes the dx and tx recommendations? There's something squirrelly about this.

Parents and parents alone should be responsible for a child's well being.

The schools of course need to be able to relay observations to parents

but that's where it should end.

God help all the children in state care.
