I know what you mean when you said that the medical system contributed towards his death. I work in a hospital and see it on a daily basis, between drugging them up, and all the unecessary testing, and procedures, etc. I'll never forget the adorable patient I met. When I went into his room and introduced myself to him, he was sitting in a chair and started "singing" to me. I saw him the next day all seemed fine, he was singing again to me. The next day, he was not there. When I questioned, they said oh he has cancer so they did a procedure and they transferred him to another room. Well, when I found him, he was in ICU and pretty much a vegetable with all kinds of tubes leading into his body. I touched his hand and talked to him and I know he knew I was there but could not talk or move. I went home so upset that day. He was so full of life. The respiratory girls that I spoke to said at his age, they should have left him alone because cancer grows so slow in the elderly. Even today, I had met my oldest patient ever. She was 107 yrs old and her mind was clear as a bell. She even told me she wrote a book about all the stages in her life. When I first saw her she was fine and later saw her after her test and noticed she didn't look well. She was not the type to complain, but when I asked, she admitted it and started gagging up bright red blood. When I questioned the therapist that performed her test, she was cold to me and said she came to her that way. You have to wonder... Dr Rima, I want to thank you so much for all the work that you are doing exposing "the thugs" for what they are. I forward your emails to a lot of people. In his last days I vividly remember he was doped on morphine for pain, could not eat a thing ,yet somehow when i came to visit one morning at the hospital the staff had him sitting up with a plate of food in front of him. It was all about money for everyone until the very end.There is so much evil in this country. I am grateful that people like you are strong and fearless enough to stand up to it.
