Kosher salt just tastes more like the sea salt.

The sea salt is the " really good for you " salt.

After becoming addicted to the flavor of sea salt

then you can make do with kosher salt. That's why

I mentioned it.

Regular salt is harsh and almost chemical tasting after using

sea salt, at least for me, so kosher salt is a good substitute

if you can't find the real thing.
