We rarely use a physician and I've treated our ailments very successfully with herbs and supplements. As said, my son was extremely ill and we ended up in the dr. office because I thought I'd met my match-we left with a prescription for Tamiflu; I gave him 1/2 the recommended dose and the violent reaction he had following I'll never forget-undescribable and absolutely terrifying. I called the dr. office the next morning and reported the results-they didn't seem the least bit surprised; it still strikes me as odd. We'll never use any medication again, but I have to mention that in the DD facility where I work Tamiflu was given to every single resident last year when the flu broke out--there were absolutely no adverse reactions and many did seem to repair quickly. I don't know what to make of this... Also...someone made mention of the use of antibacterial soaps in a prior post-I believe the post was specific to dr. offices-and seemed to implying that the use of those products is a bad idea. I called the dr. office the next morning and reported the results-they didn't seem the least bit surprised; it still strikes me as odd. We'll never use any medication again, but I have to mention that in the DD facility where I work Tamiflu was given to every single resident last year when the flu broke out--there were absolutely no adverse reactions and many did seem to repair quickly. I don't know what to make of this... Also...someone made mention of the use of antibacterial soaps in a prior post-I believe the post was specific to dr. offices-and seemed to implying that the use of those products is a bad idea. Antibacterial hand soaps or lotions also remove the natural, protective bacteria on our hands which makes us more susceptible to infections. Please we need to just learn to leave it to mother nature to defend us, not some chemical substance.
