On the topic of anti-virals - the perspective missing is that the body has the resources to deal with viruses if they can be de-cloaked.

Viruses hide themselves in protein shells constructed from debris they find already inside the body. The immune system them can't recognize the invader. With low frequency sound targeting a specific pathogen the protein shell can be cracked open to allow the immune system to kill off the pathogen.
