Hi Group

I have recently tapered off 4 mg. Ativan (Benzo) (Nov.10/04), but

still taking 100 Mg. Trazadone. Going through a lot of withdrawal.

I am looking for advice on the tapering of the Trazadone. Some

people say 10% cuts over 2 weeks, but that seems like a long

haul.

Has anybody here tapered off Trazadone and what withdrawal

symptoms did you have????
