Anyone use traction????

I am rebooting Pt again and next week will start using traction.

Any thoughts of that?

I am miserable and in pain all time but keep on trucking!

Do you do the neck turns to the side? what kind did you do for

exercises? they keep telling me i ought to do neck isometrics to

strengthen it up? truthfully i just get lazy and dont do it.but i
