This is also a sign of brain damage which could have come from his cocaine

and alcohol abuse. Smart?????? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH This guy sounds like a

complete moron most of the time, and what's with the chimp smirk? I don't

believe

the dementia theory at all. Low IQ and brain damage sound more plausible.

Let's face it, he wasn't exactly a scholar in school. LOL

I thought " confabulation " was the insertion of a remark that may not be true

into a conversation where the person's memory is impaired, and they can't

remember the true answer, so they quick make one up. My medical dictionary

gives this sort of definition. Actually, my husband, who is brain-disabled by

SSRIs, does something akin to confabulation. And he is (was) a very bright,

well-educated man. gertie

That is the definition. Alcoholics often use it when they have a " grey out "

and fill in the blanks with what they think happened.

I used to refer to this as the " dingbat factor " .

How many of our mothers call us by our siblings'

names?, even if its a different sexed sibling!

not sure if its only low IQ, but definitlely in Bush's

case its not very presidential...
